A heated confrontation is set to unfold in the upcoming episode of Lock Upp 2, with actress Akanksha Chamola stepping in to reprimand fellow contestant Ram Kapoor after an argument with Pamala Serena escalates inside the reality show.
The altercation begins after the finale task, when Pamala Serena, upset over losing to Varun Yadav, accuses him of being a misogynist and a sexist. She further alleges that Varun harbours hostility towards women, triggering a wider debate among the contestants.
Ram Kapoor, who also lost the task to Varun, strongly objects to Pamala’s remarks. Responding to her allegations, he argues that the issue should not be framed around gender and insists that male contestants had also been treated unfairly during the competition.
As Ram attempts to continue the conversation, Pamala repeatedly ignores him, saying she cannot hear him. The exchange grows increasingly tense, with both contestants refusing to back down.
The situation takes another turn when Pamala says she felt threatened during the confrontation. Akanksha Chamola then intervenes and directly addresses Ram, telling him, “You cannot make any woman in this house feel unsafe like that.”
The dramatic exchange comes at a crucial stage of the competition as Lock Upp 2 heads towards its finale. The remaining contestants include Pamala Serena, Akanksha Chamola, Shilpa Shinde, Akanksha Chaudhary, Ram Kapoor, Yogesh Rawat, Shreya Kalra, Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopra and Varun Yadav, among others.
The second season of Lock Upp is hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. The reality show features 14 contestants competing over six weeks, earning in-game currency through tasks to secure food, supplies and other essential privileges. The inaugural season, hosted by Kangana Ranaut in 2022, was won by Munawar Faruqui.
