Playback singer Sonu Nigam is set to take his 30-year musical journey to audiences across the US and Canada with the North American leg of his ‘The Revolution Tour 2026’, which begins on Saturday.
The North American leg marks Nigam’s third tour of the region. Following the global launch of the tour in Abu Dhabi on August 21, the singer is scheduled to perform across 12 cities during the month-long journey.
Reflecting on his return to North America, Nigam said the familiarity of the cities and audiences has made the tour particularly meaningful.
“This will be my third tour across North America, and that makes this journey particularly special for me. I have performed in many of these cities before and have seen the incredible love and energy that audiences bring to my shows, but every time I return, I feel even more loved,” he told IANS.
Nigam said he wanted to make this edition of the tour bigger and memorable for audiences, describing it as an expression of gratitude for the support he has received throughout his musical career.
“There are familiar cities, familiar faces and so many memories, but there is also the excitement of creating something new together,” he added.
The concerts will feature several of Nigam’s popular songs, including Kal Ho Naa Ho, Saathiya, Suraj Hua Maddham, Main Agar Kahoon, Tumse Milke Dil Ka and Sandese Aate Hain, among others.
The tour opens in San Jose on August 29, followed by Los Angeles on August 30 and Calgary on September 4. It will conclude in Washington DC on September 27.
Karl Kalra, founder of B Live Events, said the collaboration with Nigam was his first and that the team had spent nearly a year developing the concept and overall experience for the tour.
“This is my first collaboration with Sonu Nigam, and it makes this tour particularly special,” Kalra said, adding that the team was looking forward to making every show memorable.
The North American leg promises audiences an evening built around Nigam’s enduring melodies, nostalgia and live performance energy.
