Mumbai, August 29, 2026 (Yes Punjab News) Actor-filmmaker Kunal Kemmu recently offered fans a glimpse of his musical side by sharing a video of himself playing the piano, revealing that he has been experimenting with the instrument for some time.
Kunal posted a video of himself playing a tune he first heard at musician Amit Trivedi’s studio. The melody stayed with him and inspired him to work out how to play it on the piano.
“Just Vibing with it! If you love something and are passionate about it, you will always figure it out. I’ve been fidgeting with the piano for sometime now. And this tune I have been in love with from the day I heard it in @itsamittrivedi s studio,” he wrote.
The actor-filmmaker added that he kept practising the tune despite not knowing how to read music or being particularly familiar with the piano.
“So I kept trying to figure how to play it on the piano and make it sound nice atleast to myself. For someone who can’t read music or doesn’t really know his way around a piano, I think I did decent. Anyway bhavnao ko samjho aur vibe karo,” he added.
On the work front, Kunal is gearing up for Vibe, an upcoming action-comedy that also stars Preity Zinta, Sparsh Shrivastava and debutant Vanshika Dhir.
The film is written and directed by Kunal and is produced by him and Chirag Nihalani under the banner of Drongo Films. It marks the production studio’s first project and is scheduled to release on September 18.
Vibe follows two inseparable friends whose ordinary lives take an unexpected turn, leading them into a high-energy adventure that tests both their survival instincts and friendship.
Kunal was recently seen as the host of Alliance, the first international adaptation of Talpa Studios’ acclaimed Dutch format created by John de Mol. The Hindi-language show is produced by Banijay Asia.
