A social media influencer has submitted a written complaint to the Delhi Police seeking legal action against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, alleging physical assault, security concerns and other serious allegations that he has urged authorities to investigate.
The complainant, Faizan Ansari, alleged that he was physically attacked by individuals linked to Dipke on two occasions, in Pune and Aurangabad. He claimed that police complaints had already been lodged in Maharashtra in connection with both incidents and said he possesses evidence related to those cases.
In his complaint, Ansari also alleged that Dipke had extended support to individuals associated with anti-national activities and had provided financial assistance to people to participate in protests held at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. He urged the police to conduct a detailed investigation, register an FIR and take action in accordance with the law.
Speaking to reporters, Ansari said he had requested the Deputy Commissioner of Police to ensure Dipke’s immediate arrest. Recalling the alleged assaults, he maintained that complaints had already been filed in Pune and Aurangabad and that supporting evidence had been submitted.
Ansari further alleged that the protests were part of a paid campaign, claiming that celebrities were being paid to participate. He said he had received this information from Mumbai, though he did not provide further details.
He also claimed that Dipke’s alleged activities could threaten social harmony and public order, and called for a fair, impartial and legally compliant investigation. Referring to alleged anti-national slogans, Ansari asserted that he would continue pursuing the matter despite the alleged attacks against him.
As of Tuesday, the Delhi Police had not issued any official statement regarding the complaint or the allegations made by Ansari.
