Actress Mallika Sherawat has made an intriguing claim about Hollywood star Tom Cruise, saying the actor has a crush on her and has been in touch with her through messages.
Mallika, who is currently appearing on the reality show The Traitors, made the revelation during the latest episode while responding to a question from stand-up comedian Aditya Kulshrestha.
Kulshrestha asked her whether she had ever had a crush on someone or whether she believed everyone had a crush on her.
“Everyone has had a crush on me. Tom Cruise has had a crush on me recently. I’m not lying. If I had a phone, I would’ve shown you his videos,” Mallika said.
When asked what kind of videos Cruise had sent her, she referred to footage from a time when they had been partying together, adding, “He’s fabulous”.
Mallika has previously spoken about her interactions with prominent figures in the US. She had earlier shared her excitement after being invited to a Christmas dinner at the White House, describing the experience as “completely surreal”.
The actress posted photographs from the event on Instagram, showing herself amid the festive decorations, along with a video of then-US President Donald Trump delivering Christmas and New Year greetings. She also shared a glimpse of the dinner.
“Being invited to the White House Christmas dinner feels completely surreal – Grateful,” she wrote in the caption.
The White House Christmas reception was held on December 18, 2025.
Mallika has worked in both Hindi and international productions and has often attracted attention for her candid comments about her experiences in the entertainment industry.
