Hollywood actress Catherine Zeta-Jones celebrated her son Dylan Douglas’ birthday on Saturday with an emotional social media tribute, telling him that he means everything to her and brings immense joy to her life.
The actress shared a series of throwback photographs of Dylan from different stages of his life on Instagram and accompanied them with a heartfelt birthday message.
“Happy Birthday to my son Dylan!!!!! You are everything to me and you bring such joy to my life. Have a wonderful new year ahead sweetheart and thank you for all those thus far,” Zeta-Jones wrote, tagging her son.
Dylan is the elder child of Zeta-Jones and actor Michael Douglas. The couple began dating in 1999 and married in 2000. They also have a daughter, Carys Zeta Douglas.
The family has frequently celebrated milestones on social media. In April, when Carys turned 23, both her parents shared birthday tributes for her.
Michael Douglas posted a photograph with Carys from a red-carpet appearance and wished her a year filled with “joy and inspiration”. Carys responded by expressing her love for her father.
Zeta-Jones also marked her daughter’s birthday by sharing throwback pictures and wishing her a special day, to which Carys replied with a message of love for her mother.
On the professional front, Zeta-Jones is set to reprise her role as Morticia Addams in the third season of the Netflix series Wednesday. The Oscar-winning actress confirmed in February that she would return to the popular show, which stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams.
The upcoming season is expected to premiere on Netflix in July 2027 and has been described as the darkest chapter of the series so far.
