Chief Justice of India Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna honoured Punjab & Haryana High Court Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu, for his remarkable work on legal comparative study subject, authoring book titled, “Indo-European Legal System – A Comparative Study”.
Chief Justice of India conferred Harpreet Sandhu with “Certificate of Honour” in the august presence of Attorney General for India R. Venkataramani, Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta, Judges of Supreme Court and former Union Law & Justice Minister Kapil Sibal at the Constitution Day held at Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.
The book on Legal Comparative Study authored by Harpreet Sandhu is an meaningful research work comparing legal systems of Europe, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, Belgium with Indian Legal system.
It is a rare distinction on this momentous 75th Constitution Day, for Punjab based Lawyer & Author Harpreet Sandhu to be honoured by the Chief Justice of India.
