Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon led a cleanliness drive alongside party leaders and workers on Friday to mark Gandhi Jayanti, as part of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ commemorating 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public life.
BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B. L. Santhosh also participated in the initiative, joining party leaders and workers in cleaning the surroundings and promoting the message of cleanliness.
The drive was organised in areas surrounding a hotel in Panchkula, where the Punjab BJP is holding a two-day organisational meeting. The cleanliness activity was conducted early in the morning, with party leaders and workers taking part.
The initiative was held as part of the party’s ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, which is being organised to mark 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public life. The event also coincided with Gandhi Jayanti, observed annually on October 2.
