Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan delighted fans by revisiting one of her most iconic on-screen characters, Geet from the 2007 blockbuster Jab We Met, during her holiday in Venice.
Sharing a series of photographs from her Italian getaway on Instagram, Kareena posted stylish mirror selfies and accompanied them with Geet’s memorable self-love dialogue, “Main apni favourite hoon.”
“My mirror selfies are always on point. Main apni favourite hoon… don’t forget!! Venezia 2026,” she captioned the post.
The dialogue became one of the defining moments of Jab We Met, directed by Imtiaz Ali. In the romantic drama, Kareena portrayed the spirited and outspoken Geet Dhillon opposite Shahid Kapoor’s Aditya Kashyap. The film, also featuring Tarun Arora, Saumya Tandon and Dara Singh, remains one of Bollywood’s most-loved romantic films.
Set across Mumbai, Bhatinda and Shimla, the story follows heartbroken businessman Aditya, who meets the lively Geet during a train journey. After missing their train, the two embark on an unexpected journey that transforms their lives and blossoms into love.
On the professional front, Kareena is gearing up for the release of Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra, in which she will share screen space with Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran for the first time. Scheduled for release in September, the film is set against the backdrop of crime and justice, with Prithviraj portraying a police inspector while Kareena essays a powerful and enigmatic character.
Kareena was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, which also featured Ajay Devgn, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff.
