Actress Sharvari celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with her family at their ancestral home in Morgaon, Maharashtra, sharing glimpses of the festive occasion with her followers on social media.
The ‘Munjya’ actress posted photographs featuring her mother Namrata Wagh and elder sister Kasturi as the family welcomed Lord Ganesha. Describing the festival as a time of love, warmth, positivity and togetherness, Sharvari said it marks a full circle for her each year.
“Ganpati Bappa Morya, Mangal Murti Morya. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. For me, it’s where my year begins and ends. A full circle of coming home to love, warmth, family, positivity and sooooo many modaks!!” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
Sharvari also expressed gratitude for the year gone by and sought Lord Ganesha’s blessings for the next phase of her life and career.
The photographs show the actress in traditional attire alongside her mother and sister. Sharvari and Kasturi are seen twinning in pink sarees, while Namrata is also dressed in a saree. Several pictures capture candid moments between Sharvari and her mother, while another shows the actress holding a small clay Ganpati idol.
Sharvari frequently visits the family’s ancestral home in Morgaon to spend time with her loved ones and celebrate festivals.
She had also marked Ganesh Chaturthi at the same village home last year. At the time, she shared pictures from the Ganesh Puja celebrations, including one in which she was seen resting her head on her mother’s lap.
In her previous festive post, Sharvari had described the period as her “happpppiiessst” time of the year and wished her followers days filled with love, laughter and plenty of modaks.
