Actress Preity Zinta has shared a reflective glimpse of her life as she prepares for the release of her upcoming action-comedy Vibe, describing the experience as a “brand new Vibe”.
Zinta posted a selfie on Instagram in which she is seen wearing chunky sunglasses and an oversized black T-shirt. Alongside the picture, she wrote, “A moment to hold, a moment to reflect, a moment to take in life, as I dive into a brand new Vibe. Ting!”
Directed and written by Kunal Kemmu, Vibe stars Zinta alongside Kemmu, Sparsh Shrivastava and debutant Vanshika Dhir. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on September 18, 2026.
Produced by Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani under Drongo Films, the film revolves around two inseparable friends whose ordinary lives spiral into an unpredictable, high-energy adventure that tests their survival instincts and friendship.
The film marks another screen appearance for Zinta as she continues her return to acting. She is also associated with Batwara 1947, a period drama set against the backdrop of the Partition of British India and the division of Punjab.
The film, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan, features Zinta alongside Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal and others. It is based on Asghar Wajahat’s play Jis Lahore Nai Vekhya, O Jamya E Nai.
