The meeting of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD)’s Parliamentary Board and Observers, which was scheduled to be held on March 10, has now been postponed to March 17.
Disclosing this, senior leader Dr Daljit Singh Cheema said the meeting, which was scheduled to be held at the party’s head office here, had been postponed in view of the formal installation of Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj as the Jathedar of Sri Kesgarh Sahib on March 10. “Since a number of party leaders wanted to be part of the installation ceremony it was decided to postpone the meeting”.
