The All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee Kashmir and senior political leader Jagmohan Singh Raina on Monday expressed gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir administration, security forces, police, civil authorities and other stakeholders for the safe and peaceful conclusion of the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
Raina said the smooth conduct of the annual pilgrimage was a matter of satisfaction and reflected the collective efforts of the administration and people of Jammu and Kashmir to ensure the safety, dignity and comfort of pilgrims.
He particularly appreciated the efforts of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the J&K Police, security forces, civil administration, healthcare teams, disaster management personnel, volunteers and departments associated with the yatra.
According to Raina, the successful completion of the pilgrimage demonstrated meticulous planning, robust security arrangements, effective coordination and the dedication of those involved. He said thousands of devotees were able to undertake the sacred journey with faith and confidence.
Raina also placed on record his appreciation for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly communities living along the pilgrimage route, for extending hospitality, cooperation and support to the pilgrims.
He said the peaceful conclusion of the yatra once again highlighted the values of faith, unity, communal harmony and collective responsibility associated with Jammu and Kashmir.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this year’s Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra safe, smooth and successful,” Raina said.
