Man must understand others and then work collectively to accomplish great tasks. When situations are so complicated, we need guidance and cooperation. Man must work for man and then come together to accomplish seemingly insurmountable tasks. The only fundamental principle is that collective effort is the real approach.
In premium schools, teachers must be very versatile, with sound teaching experience, and they must be well paid. Such premium schools are coming up, and there is vast competition among them. Parents are ready to spend any amount to get their children trained in all aspects, from learning a few words to reaching the professional level.
Teachers must have the knowledge to instil in the minds of students an understanding of the hardships parents endure to fulfil their wish of taking the family to a prestigious position. Teachers in such premium institutions should be capable enough to justify the expenditure incurred by students in these schools.
I would like to comment that this is a big sacrifice by parents, sometimes beyond their means. Students should have a mindset that encourages them to perform their true duty and repay their parents by making the most of the opportunities provided to them.
In today’s life, parents are concerned about every step taken by their sons and daughters, ensuring that they do not follow the wrong path in life. If a student adopts such an attitude, it can be understood that learning from any school has been successful.
Under all the circumstances I have mentioned above, the government should leave no stone unturned to fulfil the wishes of parents.
Now, amid rapid changes, the fact remains that parents generally have only one or two children, and they are always concerned about their well-being. This concern on the part of parents is understandable. No doubt, these days, parents’ earnings have increased manifold compared with earlier times, when parents believed in having more than six children.
Any government must understand the importance of the proper strength of a family. If this approach is strongly followed, the country will become an example to be admired by its own people and foreign nations.
Our revered Mahatma Gandhi never adopted violent means, as he was never interested in any kind of devastation. He very calmly and wisely established his approach of Satyagraha, and his victory was a different kind of achievement. He was probably the first non-violent leader to be respected, loved and worshipped in this manner.
The time has now come when we can fulfil our dreams of looking after children in the desired way.
We should not encourage a race of competition among children in certain fields. That is an old story. Children also do not like to adopt this kind of attitude, and they are more inclined towards their classmates and even their classmates’ parents.
This attitude keeps children away from tension. The heavy load of books in classrooms is also gradually coming to an end, as the essence of life and education lies in the development of the mind. Even a small bag of books can be as useful as a heavy load of books, which was becoming a source of tension for parents because children used to remain under pressure.
As life expands in every direction, there is a dire need to learn everything, but in a comfortable way.
When we read newspaper stories about students suffering due to excessive academic pressure, both parents and children are left without smiles. However, with changing times, more activities are being introduced into students’ learning in a more manageable manner.
Nature itself is helping the system. Moreover, a very important and beneficial factor is progress without pressure. After all, what we need is success in every field without unnecessarily taxing ourselves.
We should be cautious when children are attending school so that there is no infringement of the desired methods of learning.
Teachers have more responsibility than parents in this regard, as students have to learn under the guidance of their teachers. But we know that, at times, children can be influenced by their age and circumstances.
We have genuine dreams and ambitions regarding students’ education. However, if I am not mistaken, sometimes what we believe should happen does not happen. Teachers also make errors in their attitudes.
Our confidence and care should be so complete that we do not allow any breach in our thinking or well-planned system.
The country’s education authorities must pay attention to whether things are proceeding normally.
Ultimately, the aim of well-defined education is not merely to serve the interests of students and parents. It is also a carefully considered approach towards the country’s progress.
After completing their education, children are expected to serve the nation by finding jobs in different departments and areas of life. Even the slightest flaw in the entire planned system may prove costly to everyone.
Therefore, constant care and dedication are vital for achieving the desired results. We must recognise that human beings can make mistakes and work to bring true awareness among our children about life. If we delay thinking in this direction, we may miss valuable opportunities.
Even a comma matters in our written material, and this message must reach teachers.
The style of testing through equations is a real test of students’ brains.
In the past, students were not so serious about their studies, and this is one clear reason why many parents of the present generation did not receive a good education.
The word ‘education’ has been derived from the Latin word educere, meaning ‘to lead out’ or ‘to develop’.
Therefore, people in every country must extend their attention to the education of coming generations. It should be positive education that builds careers rather than dismantling them after completion.
Education can even help stop devastating conflicts affecting humanity, such as the war between Russia and Ukraine.
If we are determined to move towards destruction, then what is the use of so much expenditure, so much energy and so many classes and institutions? These are merely our follies and nothing else.
Our respected Mahatma Gandhi forced British colonial rule to leave India, and India is now economically much stronger.
No doubt, we suffered a setback at the time of Chinese aggression, and then Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru realised the shortcomings in our progress. He immediately established several science-oriented initiatives to strengthen the nation and protect it against enemies.
I sometimes strongly believe that the Chinese aggression of 1962 was a lesson for the nation’s developers and drew our attention towards protection against any enemy in the world.
This attitude was also witnessed in the epic Ramayana. Lord Ram was so skilled that he defeated the proud Ravana, the king of demons, with his own small army.
Books have now been replaced in many ways by computers and digital technology.
We have hardly achieved self-sufficiency in seventy-five years. Indians are very versatile, intelligent and hardworking. When a country has such people, why should it not develop under their leadership?
The country has personalities and leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Kharge. But I am sorry to say that a country like ours is sometimes misled by unethical approaches.
Even then, work towards progress is not stopping. This is the true spirit of India. If God is willing and negativity disappears from Indian soil, we can soon be at the top.
The most important question is: Is power more important than love for the country?
India is a country with a very large number of religious sects, and vast areas of the country support their activities.
There was a time when different religious sects were allotted land for their followers. Some of that land is still lying unused.
Such land should be allotted by the government to deserving people for the development of education. I mean that it should be used for the welfare of students, including playgrounds and sports facilities.
Nowadays, people running schools are coming forward to buy such land at minimum prices. However, it must be ensured that the land is actually used for education or the overall development of coming generations.
Of all fields, education is the one that can turn the country into a home of peace.
There was a time when religious sects were genuinely believed to be agents of progressive change in the country. But that time has passed.
Monetary resources were insufficient, and governments had to devise ways of providing land to religious sects, some of which proposed opening schools for poor boys.
