Actress and theatre artist Juhi Babbar is set to perform in Varanasi for the first time with her acclaimed play With Love, Aapki Saiyaara, describing the upcoming show as a particularly special milestone in her theatre journey.
The Yaara Naal Baharan actress shared her excitement about bringing the production to the holy city as part of the inaugural edition of the ARTH Festival in Varanasi.
“For the very first time, I will be performing in Varanasi… and that itself makes this show so special. And it is With Love, Aapki Saiyaara, a play that has brought me immense love, recognition and some truly beautiful milestones in my journey,” Juhi wrote in an Instagram post.
She said she was looking forward to performing in Banaras and seeking the blessings of the city for her play. Juhi also hinted at “some very exciting announcements” related to With Love, Aapki Saiyaara that are expected soon.
Calling Varanasi an ideal setting for a festival celebrating theatre and the arts, she said the city has been a centre of art, music, culture and tradition for centuries.
“My show is almost houseful, but I would still love to see more of you there! And there are three other wonderful plays being performed as part of the festival too,” she added, encouraging theatre enthusiasts to attend the festival.
Juhi Babbar, daughter of veteran actor Raj Babbar and acclaimed theatre personality Nadira Babbar, has worked across both films and theatre.
She made her acting debut with Kash Aap Hamare Hote, starring alongside singer-actor Sonu Nigam. She later appeared in projects including Yaara Naal Baharan, Unns and It’s My Life.
Through her theatre work, Juhi has continued to build a distinct identity as a performer, with With Love, Aapki Saiyaara becoming one of the notable productions in her career.
