Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan celebrated 14 years of marriage on Friday, marking the occasion with social media posts featuring romantic throwbacks, personal moments and glimpses of their family life.
Saif offered a playful twist to his anniversary post by first sharing a solo photograph of himself dressed in a white tuxedo jacket, white shirt and black trousers.
“Almost perfect, but something is missing…,” he captioned the picture.
The next photograph featured the actor posing with Kareena, who looked elegant in a sparkling blue gown with a thigh-high slit. The final image revealed what was missing from the opening frame — a family photograph of the couple with their sons, Taimur and Jeh.
The family was seen sitting together on the floor of their home, with a decorated Christmas tree in the background.
Kareena also celebrated the milestone by sharing a series of photographs of Saif, capturing different sides of his life as a husband, father and actor. One picture highlighted the actor’s well-known tattoo of Kareena’s name on his forearm, while another showed him relaxing shirtless on a yacht.
Her post also included family photographs and throwback memories from different phases of their relationship, including moments associated with their film Qurbaan.
“Another year around the sun…Forever to go,” Kareena wrote in the caption.
Saif and Kareena married on October 16, 2012, in Mumbai, after dating for around five years. Their relationship began to develop while they were shooting for Vijay Krishna Acharya’s film Tashan in 2008.
The couple welcomed their first son, Taimur Ali Khan, in December 2016, followed by their younger son, Jeh Ali Khan, in February 2021.
Over the years, the couple have continued to share glimpses of their personal lives alongside their film careers, with their anniversary posts offering fans another look at their journey together.
