Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has shared a glimpse of his early-morning routine, opening up about occasional sleep difficulties and his efforts to get back to a regular gym schedule.
In a recent blog post, the veteran actor spoke about waking up earlier than planned because he had been thinking about completing his writing for the night. He also mentioned struggling to adjust the font size on his blog and seeking help through online instructions that he found difficult to follow.
Reflecting on his inability to fall asleep, Bachchan said he had tried various suggestions available online but eventually preferred to rely on a more natural approach.
He described getting comfortable under the covers and curling up to fall asleep, adding that the method eventually worked.
The actor also revealed that his gym routine had become irregular and that he was trying to restore consistency. He acknowledged that demanding professional commitments take a toll on both the body and mind, making it necessary to pay greater attention to physical well-being.
Quoting the phrase “Don’t let the old man in”, Bachchan reflected on the difference between the mind’s enthusiasm and the body’s limitations.
“The mind says YES ..but the BODY says – ‘hold on buddy’, don’t let the old man in,” he wrote, adding that staying active was easier said than done but required continued effort.
Despite the challenges, the actor struck a determined note, saying he intended to resume his exercise routine.
