The Rajasthan government has transferred six IAS and seven RAS officers in a late-night administrative reshuffle, besides moving the Udaipur Divisional Commissioner and assigning new responsibilities to three IAS officers who were awaiting posting orders.
Udaipur Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kevalramani has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Tribal Area Development (TAD). Khajan Singh, who was awaiting posting orders, has been appointed the new Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur.
H. Guite, also awaiting posting orders, has been appointed Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at HCM RIPA, Jaipur, while Avichal Chaturvedi has been posted as Commissioner, Food Safety.
Sohanlal has been shifted from Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, to Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department. Divyansh Singh, previously Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Beawar, has been appointed Joint Secretary, Education Department.
The Department of Personnel has also ordered transfers involving seven RAS officers, while cancelling one earlier transfer.
Sushil Kumar Saini’s transfer from Assistant Collector, Sikar, to SDO, Nohar, has been cancelled.
Rajlakshmi Gehlot has been shifted from ADM, Chittorgarh, to ADM (Land Acquisition), Chittorgarh. Jagat Rajeshwar has been appointed Deputy Secretary, Women’s Commission, Jaipur, moving from the Agriculture Department.
Jaipal Singh Rathore has been posted as SDO, Beawar, from Deputy Commissioner, Ajmer Development Authority. Kartikeya Meena has been transferred from DSO, Kota, to SDO, Aklera.
Pooja Meena has been appointed SDO, Bhawani Mandi, moving from Land Acquisition Officer for the ERCP Project, Water Resources Department, Alwar. Sunita Yadav-3 has been posted as SDO, Nohar (Hanumangarh), from Executive Director (Grievance Redressal), Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency, Jaipur.
Banwari Lal Bairwa has been appointed Assistant Collector, Bhadra, replacing his previous posting as SDO, Aklera.
The Department of Personnel has directed all transferred officers to assume charge of their new posts immediately. They have been instructed not to avail joining time or leave, citing the forthcoming elections to urban local bodies and Panchayati Raj institutions.
