After weeks of intense rivalry and confrontations inside the “Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa” house, winner Shreya Kalra and first runner-up Shivangi Joshi appeared to have moved past their differences as they shared a fun dance moment at the show’s success party.
Producer Ekta Kapoor shared a video from the celebrations on social media, featuring Shreya and Shivangi dancing together to the song “Chalo Ishq Ladaaye” from the Govinda and Raveena Tandon-starrer film.
The two contestants, who had frequently clashed during their journey on the reality show, were seen laughing and enjoying the moment as they danced and twirled together.
Actor Harshad Chopda was also seen in the video, joining the celebrations with his signature fun dance moves.
Sharing the clip, Ekta Kapoor congratulated the winner and wrote, “Congrats to the Lock Upp, Sach Saja winner …,” while tagging Shreya Kalra.
The friendly interaction between Shreya and Shivangi came as a surprise to many fans, as the two were involved in several disagreements, particularly during the final phase of the competition.
During one of their heated arguments, Shivangi had challenged Shreya that she would change her name if Shreya went on to win the show. Responding with humour, Shreya had said, “Theek hai, kaunsa naam rakhna hai phir?” (Okay, then what name should we keep?)
Their rivalry reached its peak near the finale when Shreya used an advantage earned during the game to try to eliminate Shivangi from the competition.
However, Harshad Chopda, who had already secured his place as the first finalist, used his special power to save Shivangi. In the process, he sacrificed his own position in the game and was eliminated, allowing Shivangi to become the season’s first finalist.
While many viewers praised Harshad’s decision as a gesture of friendship, some felt he should have prioritised his own chances of winning the competition.
Shreya Kalra eventually lifted the “Lock Upp 2” trophy, with Shivangi Joshi finishing as the first runner-up.
