The National Testing Agency (NTA) has relocated its office from Okhla in south Delhi to new premises on Minto Road in central Delhi, the testing agency announced on Monday.
In a circular, the NTA Director, Administration, informed candidates, students, educational institutions, stakeholders, service providers and the general public about the change in address.
“Please direct all future official correspondence and communications to our new premises: National Testing Agency (NTA), 5th Floor, Government of India Press Building, Minto Road, New Delhi – 110002,” the circular said.
The relocation comes as the NTA continues efforts to strengthen the country’s public examination and assessment systems.
Earlier, on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit 2026, NTA Director General Abhishek Singh had called for greater cooperation among member countries in education, particularly to address challenges arising from the use of artificial intelligence (AI) among students.
Singh had said excessive reliance on AI and technology could affect students’ cognitive thinking and suggested that countries work towards developing common frameworks and assessment mechanisms.
He also said India was consolidating and strengthening its examination systems and could eventually share the resulting assessment and testing frameworks with the international community.
Singh suggested that such frameworks could potentially emerge as another form of digital public good or digital public infrastructure.
He also said India would explore ways to take forward the Delhi Declaration adopted at the BRICS Summit, particularly by sharing knowledge, best practices and technological solutions in the education and assessment sectors.
