Actress Parineeti Chopra is returning as the host of Mom Talks: Maa Ki Baat Maa Ke Jazbaat for its second season, which aims to encourage candid conversations about parenting and the realities of motherhood.
Speaking about the show’s return, Parineeti said its emphasis on honest, unfiltered discussions makes it relatable to parents and offers meaningful perspectives on motherhood.
“It’s wonderful to see my show Mom Talks: Maa Ki Baat Maa Ke Jazbaat return with Season 2,” she said, adding that she was glad the series brought real experiences and emotions to the forefront.
The second season is being developed to combine informal conversations with practical insights for young parents, featuring personal experiences shared by celebrity parents alongside expert perspectives.
Munaf Merchant, Head of AVOD and Partnerships at BULLET Microdrama, said the new season would focus on making parenting discussions more accessible through candid exchanges and informative takeaways.
Azim Lalani, co-founder and Chief Business Officer of BULLET Microdrama and Trinetra AI, said the first season had demonstrated the potential of parenting-focused content to engage audiences and create value for brand partners. He added that the upcoming season would build on that momentum.
Filming for the new season has commenced. The show is scheduled to stream in November on the BULLET Microdrama app and ZEE5.
The first season featured conversations with personalities including Raghav Chadha, Imran Khan, Neha Dhupia, Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur, exploring parenthood through personal stories and expert-led discussions.
Season 2 will feature celebrity parents Ayush Sharma and Arpita Khan, Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya, and Surbhi Jyoti and Anushka Ranjan. More participants are expected to be announced.
