Darshan timings and daily worship schedules at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya will change from November 1, with the temple opening at 4 a.m. and closing at 10 p.m. under the revised timetable announced by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
The seasonal adjustment will change the existing schedule, under which the temple doors open at 3.45 a.m. and close at 10.30 p.m. The revised timings cover aarti, bhog offerings, periods of rest for Ram Lalla and darshan for devotees.
According to the new schedule, Mangala Aarti will be held from 4.30 a.m. to 4.40 a.m. After morning rituals, Shringar Aarti will take place at 6.30 a.m., with public darshan beginning at 7 a.m.
Darshan will pause briefly from 8 a.m. to 8.10 a.m. for Bal Bhog and continue until 11.30 a.m. Raj Bhog will be offered from 11.30 a.m. to noon, followed by Raj Bhog Aarti. Ram Lalla’s rest period is scheduled from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m., with darshan resuming at 1.35 p.m.
In the afternoon, the doors will remain closed from 4 p.m. to 4.10 p.m. for Bal Bhog. Darshan will continue until 6.45 p.m., followed by evening rituals and Sandhya Aarti at 7 p.m.
The schedule also includes brief closures for rituals between 8 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. and from 9.15 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Shayan Aarti will be performed at 9.30 p.m., before the temple closes for the day at 10 p.m.
Rajkumar Das, a member of the temple’s Religious Committee, said the changes reflected seasonal traditions followed at major temples, noting that shorter autumn days and longer nights informed the adjustment to morning darshan.
Devotees planning a visit from November 1 are advised to follow the revised timetable.
