Actress Isha Rikhi, who has entered the ‘Bigg Boss 20’ house as a contestant, says she would prefer to ignore personal attacks inside the reality show rather than spend her energy on issues that disturb her mental peace.
In an exclusive conversation with IANS, Isha was asked how she would respond if fellow contestants targeted her over her personal life, a situation frequently seen inside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house.
“I think I will try to ignore it because I don’t want to put my energy into something that disturbs my peace. I want to protect my peace as well, so I don’t think I would put my energy into that,” she said.
However, Isha acknowledged that her reaction could change if she was pushed beyond her limits.
“However, when it comes to being triggered, anything can happen. It depends on the situation. I will try to deal with whatever situation comes my way,” she added.
Isha’s entry into ‘Bigg Boss 20’ comes shortly after she and singer-rapper Badshah announced their separation on August 31 through a joint social media statement.
The former couple said they had “mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths”, adding that the decision was made with mutual respect. They also requested privacy and urged people not to engage in further speculation or make assumptions about their relationship.
The statement shared on their respective Instagram accounts was described as their “only statement on the matter”.
Isha and Badshah had tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in March this year after reportedly being in a relationship for around four years.
