‘Roadies REBIRTH’ is set to introduce a new leadership format, with three original Gang Leaders taking on three newcomers in a battle for control, host Rannvijay Singha has announced.
The upcoming season will feature six Gang Leaders divided into two teams. The OGs—Nikhil Chinapa, Neha Dhupia and Prince Narula—will face the NewGs—Abhishek Malhan, Bani J and Baseer Ali.
Describing the format as a first for the show, Rannvijay said in a statement, “This time on Roadies REBIRTH, there are two gangs but six people running the game. Three OGs will face three NewGs, and this is a dynamic we’ve never seen before on Roadies.”
He added that the competition would be tough and said he was looking forward to seeing what the six leaders would bring to the show.
In a recent Instagram post, Rannvijay offered a glimpse of the Gang Leaders preparing for the season. During a video call, Neha, Nikhil and Prince were seen working out at the gym. Meanwhile, Bani and Baseer took on a push-up challenge, with Abhishek joining in before their fitness face-off ended in a humorous mishap.
While the OGs bring years of experience on the show, the NewGs are expected to bring fresh energy and an unpredictable approach. The new format is set to feature shifting alliances, rivalries and power dynamics.
‘Roadies REBIRTH’ will premiere on October 16 on JioHotstar and MTV.
