The NDTV World Summit 2026 is set to take place in New Delhi on October 22 and 23, bringing together prominent voices from politics, geopolitics, business, economics, technology, science and spirituality for a two-day dialogue on the changing global order.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to headline the summit, continuing his participation in the event’s previous two editions.
The theme of this year’s summit is “A World Between Orders”, reflecting the uncertainty surrounding global political and institutional structures and questions over whether existing frameworks are keeping pace with rapid changes around the world.
Among the speakers and participants listed for the two-day event are Nepal’s Federal Minister of Finance Swarnim Wagle, Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra, Swami Sarvapriyananda, Minister and Spiritual Leader at the Vedanta Society of New York, Zerodha founder Nikhil Kamath and futurist and AI specialist Mike Walsh.
The programme will cover a range of subjects, including geopolitics and global strategy, monetary policy and the global economy, business and enterprise, artificial intelligence and the future of work, spirituality and philosophy, as well as the evolving relationship between technology and humanity.
According to NDTV, the summit is intended to bring together influential figures from politics and diplomacy, business and economics, technology and science, culture and society, with discussions focused on issues shaping global developments.
“The intention is not simply to assemble influence. It is to bring different forms of influence into conversation with one another,” the broadcaster said in a statement, adding that the summit will examine a broad range of interconnected questions confronting the modern world.
The 2025 edition, held on October 17 and 18, featured two sitting Prime Ministers and two former Prime Ministers — Narendra Modi, Sri Lankan Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya, former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
The 2026 edition is being curated with a broader international focus, according to NDTV, with discussions aimed at bringing diverse perspectives into dialogue on the political, economic, technological and social changes shaping the world.
