Sunita Ahuja and Kashmera Shah recently shared a warm moment at a family function, where the two were seen posing together for the paparazzi.
As they stood close to each other and interacted with photographers, Kashmera jokingly referred to herself and Sunita as a “power couple” after the paparazzi asked for one.
Sunita responded affectionately by calling Kashmera her “powerful bahu”.
“She is my powerful bahu,” Sunita said.
Kashmera immediately expressed her affection and gratitude towards Sunita, replying, “Aap hi ne sab sikhaya hai” (You have taught it all to me).
The interaction comes after the much-publicised reconciliation between Sunita, Kashmera and comedian Krushna Abhishek following years of estrangement between the families.
Sunita and Govinda’s family had remained distant from Krushna and Kashmera for around 14 years before Sunita made a surprise appearance on the reality show “Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment Season 3”, where she reunited with the couple.
Krushna and Kashmera became emotional during the reunion and apologised for their past differences. Kashmera acknowledged that she had been rude to Sunita and Govinda on some occasions and expressed regret, while Sunita chose to forgive the couple and embraced them.
The reunion also marked Sunita’s first meeting with Krushna and Kashmera’s children, Rayaan and Krishaang.
Since then, Sunita and Kashmera have been seen sharing a warmer equation in public. Kashmera has also spoken in support of Sunita amid the reported differences between Sunita and Govinda, describing her as a strong woman.
