Television actress Rubina Dilaik has penned a heartfelt birthday wish for her husband, Abhinav Shukla, praising his loyalty, love for his parents and dedication to standing by the people he loves.
Rubina took to her official Instagram account on Monday to mark Abhinav’s birthday, sharing a series of unseen photographs of him with his loved ones. In her emotional message, she expressed admiration for the way he cares for his family and remains a dependable friend to those around him.
“Happy Birthday to the man I’ve shared so much of life with. I deeply respect the way you love and honour your parents, care for everyone around you, and are the person your friends can always count on. But what touches me most is your instinct to protect your family and stand by the people you love,” she wrote.
Reflecting on their journey together, Rubina said that their relationship had seen beautiful moments, difficult times and everything in between, but her respect and affection for Abhinav had remained unchanged.
“We’ve shared our beautiful moments, our difficult ones, and so much in between. Through it all, there is a deep respect and warmth I will always carry for you. Here’s to you — to your heart, your loyalty, and the family you hold so close. Happy Birthday @ashukla09,” she added.
Abhinav responded to the birthday post with two red heart emojis.
Rubina and Abhinav tied the knot on June 21, 2018, in a ceremony at Woodville Palace in Shimla. The couple welcomed their twin daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa, in 2023.
On the professional front, Rubina is among the contestants on the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. One of her emotional moments on the show came after she won a height-based task, when she broke down while speaking about the physical and emotional challenges women face after motherhood.
The Shakti actress said that becoming a mother often means rebuilding not only physical strength but also self-confidence.
