Actress Kareena Kapoor has extended a heartfelt birthday wish to her aunt Rima Jain on her 70th birthday, celebrating their close family bond with a special social media post.
Kareena took to Instagram on Monday to share a video montage featuring cherished moments of Rima Jain, including glimpses of her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, spending time with the birthday girl.
Wishing her aunt, Kareena wrote, “Happy birthday to our Rima Aunty love you too much .. you make our lives so much more happier and hungrier.”
One of the photographs in the montage showed Saif standing behind Rima, who was seated on a mobility scooter. Another clip captured Rima enjoying a memorable outing with Kareena at an international destination.
Kareena’s close friend Amrita Arora also joined in the celebrations, sharing a photograph of Rima and wishing her on Instagram. “Happy birthday dearest @rimosky,” she wrote.
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Rima’s niece and Kareena’s cousin, also marked the occasion with a special message, celebrating her aunt’s milestone birthday.
“Birthday star!! Happy 70th to the coolest buaaaaaa ever!!! I love you so much May your day be filled with love & lots of winning Mahjong hands @rimosky,” Riddhima wrote.
Born Rima Kapoor, Rima Jain is the youngest daughter of legendary filmmaker and actor Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. She is the sister of Randhir Kapoor, the late Rishi Kapoor and the late Rajiv Kapoor.
Rima is the aunt of Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. She is married to businessman and investment banker Manoj Jain, and the couple have two sons, actors Armaan Jain and Aadar Jain.
