Veteran actress Neena Gupta once again won appreciation for her candid humour after sharing a light-hearted post about her daughter Masaba Gupta’s fashion creation on social media.
The Badhaai Ho actress shared a picture of herself wearing a black kaftan-style outfit designed by Masaba and praised the creation for continuing to look fresh every time she styled it.
In her Instagram post, Neena said she had worn the outfit several times and that it appeared “new and effective” on each occasion. She added a humorous note revealing that she initially wanted to describe the outfit as “sexy” but stopped herself, joking that people might question her choice of words.
“I actually wanted to say sexy instead of effective… phir log bolenge iss buddhi ko kya hua?” she wrote.
For the look, Neena opted for a black kaftan-style dress paired with statement earrings and a matching black bag. She kept her makeup subtle and styled her hair in a neat bun.
Known for her straightforward personality and refreshing social media presence, Neena frequently shares glimpses of her life and her thoughts with fans.
On the professional front, the actress was recently seen in the crime thriller sequel Vadh 2, which released on February 6, 2026. Before that, she appeared in the romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, released on December 25, where she played a supporting role alongside Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday.
Neena Gupta will next feature in the drama Pachhattar Ka Chhora, which also stars Randeep Hooda and Sanjay Mishra. She is also set to appear in another comedy project with Rakul Preet Singh.
