India all-rounder Deepti Sharma has climbed two places to sixth in the latest Women’s T20I bowling rankings following her impressive run at the Asia Cup 2026, while teammate Sree Charani continues to occupy the top position.
Deepti has taken eight wickets in three matches at the ongoing Asia Cup and has played a key role in India’s progress to the semi-finals. Her consistent performances have lifted her to sixth in the updated rankings.
Charani’s continued hold on the No. 1 position means India occupy the top two spots in the T20I bowling rankings. Deepti, who first reached the top ranking in December last year, is now within 60 rating points of Charani.
Sophie Ecclestone, Charlie Dean, Nonkululeko Mlaba and Lauren Bell are the four bowlers positioned between the two Indian spinners.
Bangladesh’s Marufa Akter was among the biggest movers, rising 19 places to 18th. Chamari Athapaththu climbed five spots to share 28th, while Sultana Khatun moved up nine places to 37th.
Thailand’s Thipatcha Putthawong advanced four places to 47th, while teammate Suleeporn Laomi made a 10-place jump to 53rd.
There was also progress among Bangladesh’s batters, with Sobhana Mostary moving up three places to 36th and Dilara Akter rising five spots to 62nd in the T20I batting rankings.
The latest ODI rankings also saw significant movement following England’s home series against Ireland.
England stand-in captain Charlie Dean moved up one place to share ninth in the ODI all-rounders’ rankings. She also climbed two spots to jointly occupy 11th among ODI bowlers after claiming three wickets in the three-match series.
England’s Lauren Filer jumped 14 places to 39th, while Ireland’s Cara Murray rose 16 spots to 50th among ODI bowlers.
Ireland youngster Amy Hunter was the biggest mover among ODI batters, climbing nine places to 11th. England’s Maia Bouchier rose 13 spots to 42nd, while Sophia Dunkley made a 26-place jump to reach 43rd.
