CJP Convenor Abhijeet Dipke Booked for Allegedly Entering Latur School, Threatening Teachers

Latur, August 22, 2026 (Yes Punjab News)

Police in Maharashtra’s Latur district have registered a case against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) convenor Abhijeet Dipke and others for allegedly entering a government school without permission, disrupting official work and threatening teachers.

The FIR was registered at Ausa police station following a complaint by Sayyed Shamshadbano Khairatali, 53, a teacher at a Zilla Parishad Urdu school.

Dipke has been visiting government schools across central Maharashtra’s Latur district as part of the CJP’s ‘School Thik Karo’ campaign, which seeks to highlight problems in government education infrastructure.

According to the complaint, the incident occurred at the ZP Urdu school in Jawali near Ausa. Dipke and his associates allegedly entered the school without authorisation, sat among students and questioned them, disrupting classroom and official activities.

The complaint further alleged that Dipke recorded the proceedings and subsequently shared the footage on social media.

The school authorities also alleged that Dipke made claims intended to defame the institution, including an allegation that students from another school had been brought in and seated in its classrooms during his visit. He also allegedly threatened to have teachers suspended, according to the complaint.

Police have booked the accused under Sections 132, 329(3), 351(2) and 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The provisions relate to allegedly using criminal force against a public servant to deter official duty, house trespass, criminal intimidation and criminal defamation.

The police said the investigation is underway and further evidence is being collected.

Dipke’s campaign has focused on highlighting the condition of government schools in the region. School authorities, however, have alleged that his actions at the Jawali school went beyond such scrutiny by involving unauthorised entry and interference with classroom activities.

Dipke and representatives of the CJP had not immediately commented on the FIR.
