Tamil actress Aathmika has shared a reflective note on living life on her own terms, saying that choosing the life one wants is not always easy and requires courage.
Taking to Instagram, the actress said her thoughts often come from personal experiences and observations, adding that sharing such reflections does not necessarily mean she is always facing difficulties.
“I think deeply. I reflect. I observe. I process. And sometimes I just put those thoughts into words because maybe somewhere, someone else feels the same,” Aathmika wrote.
She said that while creating a life according to one’s own choices can be challenging, she has made a personal commitment that disappointments, discomfort or misunderstandings will not determine the way she chooses to live.
The actress added that she does not want difficult experiences to change who she is and expressed her desire to continue embracing life with positivity.
“I still want to laugh, explore, love, learn and experience this life fully. Not because everything has been easy. But because I choose not to let the difficult parts take away the beautiful ones,” she wrote.
Aathmika has previously received appreciation from fans for sharing motivational posts about resilience and overcoming personal struggles. In an earlier social media post, she had spoken about facing challenges while continuing to stand strong and remain positive.
Known for her work in Tamil cinema, Aathmika made her acting debut with the film Meesaya Murukku and has since appeared in several Tamil projects.
