Saba Pataudi gave fans a glimpse into Soha Ali Khan’s 48th birthday celebrations, sharing intimate family moments that included a candid selfie with her sister-in-law, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan.
In the photograph, Kareena looked elegant in a baby-blue traditional outfit and completed her look with a small black bindi. Sharing the selfie on social media, Saba affectionately referred to Kareena as “The Pro” while highlighting their selfie tradition.
“Bebo …selfies only with u work 😉 The Pro. Love it!” Saba wrote, tagging Kareena. In another picture from the carousel, she captioned the moment, “And….2 out of 3,” apparently referring to their recurring selfie ritual.
The post also featured a warm family photograph of an elder posing with young Jeh, whose face was covered with a heart emoji. Saba captioned the picture, “Bariamma n jehjaan.”
The Pataudi family came together to celebrate Soha, who turned 48 on October 4. The birthday gathering featured several personal family moments, with Soha posing alongside her loved ones.
Kareena had earlier marked Soha’s birthday by sharing a collection of unseen and throwback photographs featuring Soha with Taimur and Jeh, Saif Ali Khan, Saba and members of the extended Kapoor and Pataudi families.
One of the throwback pictures also featured Soha with Kareena, Saif, Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan. Kareena wished Soha a happy birthday and listed some of her favourite things, including workouts, Japanese food, gluten-free chocolate cookies and crime novels.
Kareena and Soha have maintained a close bond over the years. Soha had also celebrated Kareena’s 46th birthday on September 21 with a playful 1980s-themed AI tribute, describing her as her “gorgeous, kind and loving sister-in-law” and praising her enduring status as a style icon.
Kareena made her acting debut opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Refugee in 2000 and went on to build a career spanning more than two decades, with films including Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Chameli, Omkara, Jab We Met, 3 Idiots, Golmaal 3, Bodyguard, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Good Newwz, Talaash, Heroine and Udta Punjab.
