Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has revealed the simple part of his daily routine that gives him what he jokingly calls his “kingly feelings”.
The actor made the revelation during a fresh #AskSRK session on X, formerly Twitter, where he interacted with fans on Tuesday.
Asked what the most “KING-like” thing he does in real life is, Shah Rukh said his morning coffee ritual takes the crown.
“Have three cups of coffee in bed before anybody can speak with me even if I am late for work!! Then of course on sets get shouted at for being late and have no Kingly feelings left,” he wrote.
The actor also shared a piece of advice for a fan who had recently got married and wanted to know the “green flag” for maintaining a happy married life.
“Ek doosre ke rang mein rang jao….make adjustments so both of you make the partner happier,” Shah Rukh responded.
He also gave fans a glimpse into his family’s Ganpati celebrations, describing them as a simple affair centred on family and friends.
“Wife does the Aarti and then the prayers and tonight will do the Visarjan. Kids and friends gather to hang around and laugh a lot. Very simple and family time,” he said.
During the session, Shah Rukh was also asked to reveal the trailer of his upcoming film ‘King’. However, the actor indicated that the trailer would have to wait.
“Abhi sirf baat karunga Trailer baad mein…. film is 100 days away na…24th Dec bro,” he said.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, ‘King’ also stars Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhay Verma and Arshad Warsi in key roles. The film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures and is scheduled to release on December 24, 2026.
