Actress Sara Ali Khan is enjoying a picturesque getaway in Switzerland with her mother and veteran actress Amrita Singh, sharing glimpses of their holiday against the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps.
The actress took to social media to post a series of photographs featuring snow-capped mountains, lakes, glaciers, rivers and fountains. Several pictures showed Sara posing happily with Amrita, while others captured her enjoying the surroundings on her own.
Sharing the photographs, Sara wrote, “Peace & Pahad = Mommy & Mountain Kabhi Lake Kabhi Glacier Kabhi River kabhi Fountain If you want true bliss Mommy must count in Aur baaki vaadiyan sambhal lenge- That I know for certain.”
Sara also shared videos from the trip, offering glimpses of the activities she enjoyed with her mother. In one of the clips, the actress was seen taking a wire car ride while admiring the mountainous landscape.
The Swiss holiday follows Sara’s visit to London, where she combined professional commitments with a family break. She has also shared photographs from Gstaad, offering her followers glimpses of her time in the Swiss Alps.
Alongside one of her Switzerland posts, Sara shared an inspirational quote attributed to acclaimed writer David McCullough: “Climb mountains not so the world can see you, but so you can see the world.”
Her London visit in mid-June included attendance at a horse racing event before she continued her travels in Switzerland.
On the professional front, Sara is preparing for promotions of her upcoming film “Udta Teer”, which also stars Ayushmann Khurrana and is scheduled for theatrical release in September.
Sara and Ayushmann were previously seen together in Mudassar Aziz’s “Pati Patni Aur Woh Doh”, which also featured Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh.
