Actor Adhyayan Suman, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Main Na Raha Mera’, said the movie explores the emotional conflict between love, pride and healing.
The makers unveiled the teaser of the film on Wednesday, offering the first glimpse into a romance set against sweeping mountain landscapes. The teaser combines high-energy motorcycle sequences with intimate moments depicting love, snowfall, celebration, heartbreak and unresolved longing.
The film marks the acting debut of actress Divita Rai and revolves around the question of whether ego can ultimately prove stronger than love.
Speaking about the project, Adhyayan Suman said the teaser introduces audiences to Raj, a character caught between intense love and the burden of ego.
“The teaser gives audiences their first real glimpse into Raj’s world, one torn between unfiltered love and the weight of ego. ‘Main Na Raha Mera’ explores what happens when pride refuses to let you heal,” he said.
He added that the film was conceived as a tribute to melody-driven romantic cinema, with music playing a central role in the storytelling.
“We envisioned the film as an ode to timeless, melody-driven romance. Rahul Nair’s music is the heartbeat of our story, and this teaser is only a glimpse of the emotional journey ahead,” Adhyayan said.
For Divita Rai, the project marks an important beginning in her acting career. She said portraying an emotionally layered character challenged her and helped her discover a new side of herself.
“This film will always be special to me as it marks the beginning of my journey as an actor. Playing such an emotionally layered character pushed me to discover a new side of myself. The experience was challenging, exciting and deeply fulfilling,” she said.
The teaser concludes with the title track ‘Main Na Raha Mera’, sung by Arijit Singh and composed by Rahul Nair, further establishing the film’s romantic and emotional tone.
Created by Adhyayan Suman and directed by Amit Kasaria, the film is produced by Dharmesh Sangani under Sangani Brothers Motion Pictures in association with T-Series.
The film features lyrics by Dev Pandey and Athul Dheeraj, while Pradeep S. Khanvilkar has handled the cinematography.
‘Main Na Raha Mera’ is scheduled to release in theatres on October 23, 2026.
