Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti has claimed that she recently learned new details from the person who conducted the late actor’s post-mortem, alleging that there had been gun use, that his leg was broken and that his eyes had been injured.
In a video message, Shweta said the person involved in the post-mortem had told them that “there was gun use” and that “a lot of force was used” on her brother. She also claimed that his leg was broken and his eyes were hurt.
Shweta did not provide further details or documentary evidence supporting the claims in her video.
Reflecting on the public response following her return from Atlanta, Shweta said hundreds of people had met her, hugged her and cried while remembering Sushant. She said their emotional reactions reflected their belief that what happened to the actor was wrong.
She also spoke about the difficulty of forgiving when a loved one suffers and urged people not to allow anger, hatred or a desire for revenge to consume them.
“I don’t want to be consumed by hatred, by revenge, by resentment,” Shweta said, adding that she wanted her life to be guided by “love, faith, goodness and God”.
She acknowledged that there is unfairness in the world and said people should not lose faith in God or goodness even when confronted with suffering. According to her, pain can become a means of personal transformation.
Shweta concluded her message by urging her supporters to focus on love, faith and goodness and said healing comes through love.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14, 2020. His death was initially treated as a case of suicide, while investigations by multiple agencies subsequently examined different aspects surrounding his death.
The claims made by Shweta in her latest video concern alleged post-mortem observations and have not, by themselves, established a different cause or manner of death.
