The Punjab Government on Monday ordered a significant administrative reshuffle in the Revenue Department by transferring 27 Tehsildars across the state.
According to the official orders issued by the government, the affected officers have been reassigned to new postings as part of the latest exercise aimed at streamlining administrative functioning and strengthening revenue administration.
The transfer orders direct all concerned officers to assume charge of their new assignments with immediate effect.
The move is part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to improve administrative efficiency and ensure effective functioning of revenue offices at various levels.
