This festive season holds special significance for Bollywood couple Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram as they celebrate their first Dussehra and Ashwa Pooja with their daughter, Nyomica Hooda.
The couple took to Instagram to share a joint post featuring glimpses of the celebrations at their farm, where they posed with their little daughter and horses on the auspicious occasion.
Randeep, known for his love of horses, has often spoken about his special bond with them. The Highway actor has previously discussed his horse Johnny Walker and revealed how the animal has helped his friends and family learn horse riding.
His passion for riding also led to a serious setback when he suffered a severe knee injury after falling from a horse during the filming of his biopic, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. Following an extended period of treatment and rehabilitation, he returned to riding in March 2025.
Sharing the festive photographs, Randeep and Lin wrote, “Dussehra and Ashwa Pooja feel extra special this year with our little Devi joining our celebrations. (Holding Back Tears, red heart and folded hands emojis) Our little blessing growing up with our traditions and culture. (sic).”
Randeep married his longtime partner Lin in a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony in Imphal, Manipur, on November 29, 2023.
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in March 2026. Since then, they have frequently shared glimpses of their cherished family moments on social media.
Recently, Lin offered a relatable glimpse into the everyday challenges of motherhood, particularly the difficulty of getting ready while caring for her little one. She posted a candid photograph of herself holding her daughter while getting her hair done.
“Just a Mom trying to get ready,” she captioned the picture, capturing a familiar experience for many mothers.
