Actress Jasmine Bhasin has opened up about a frightening episode of temporary memory loss following a stunt on the sets of Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, saying the experience was emotionally challenging but helped her rediscover her fighting spirit.
The actress suffered a mild concussion while performing a water-and-air stunt on the show this weekend, resulting in temporary memory loss. She said she has no recollection of what happened immediately after completing the stunt and that part of the experience remains missing from her memory.
“This particular stunt was an extremely unexpected experience for me. I don’t remember what happened immediately after the stunt, and even today, there is a part of that experience that I have no memory of. The doctors had diagnosed me with a mild concussion and advised me to take complete rest for 72 hours,” Bhasin told IANS.
Bhasin also acknowledged the support she received from host Rohit Shetty, the channel and the production team following the incident.
“Rohit sir, the channel, and the production house were all extremely supportive and helpful. They took great care of me, and the safety team and doctors were extremely supportive and constantly monitored me,” she said.
Describing the incident as an emotionally difficult experience, Bhasin said it also taught her more about herself.
“This experience was emotionally challenging, but it taught me a lot about myself. I may have been scared, but I eventually found my fighter spirit again,” she added.
Bhasin is making her third appearance on Khatron Ke Khiladi. The stunt-based reality show airs on Colors TV and is also available for digital streaming on JioHotstar.
