Former Punjab Minister and Congress MLA, Pargat Singh, visited Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Sunday at Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where the Chief Minister is currently undergoing treatment.
Speaking to the media after his visit, Pargat Singh provided an update on the Chief Minister’s condition, stating that his health is good and he is expected to be discharged from the hospital within a couple of days.
In his statement, Pargat Singh emphasized that regardless of political differences, it is part of Punjabi culture to inquire about someone’s well-being during illness. “Parties and governments may be different, but checking in on someone’s health during difficult times is part of our tradition,” he remarked.
