Actor Arjun Rampal paid an emotional tribute to his late mother, Gwen Rampal, on her eighth death anniversary, remembering her as his warrior, guide, best friend and the best mother in the world.
Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a heartfelt note expressing how deeply he misses her while continuing to feel her presence in his life. He also posted a collage featuring pictures of the two together.
“8 years today. I lost you Ma, my warrior, my love, my guide, my best friend. The best mother to walk the planet. Thank you for all those memories, teachings and grace that I live by today. You live through me and all the hearts you touched. Miss you, yet have you with me all the time,” Arjun wrote.
The actor’s message reflected the deep bond he shared with his mother and the lasting impact she continues to have on his life. He recalled the memories, values and lessons she left behind, saying her teachings and grace continue to guide him years after her passing.
Gwen Rampal passed away in Mumbai on October 27, 2018, following a prolonged battle with breast cancer, which later spread to other parts of her body. She worked as a schoolteacher and shared a close bond with her son.
Arjun has frequently remembered his mother through emotional social media posts, expressing his love for her and the enduring influence she has had on his life.
Earlier this month, the actor also remembered Gwen on her birthday with a heartfelt Instagram tribute, saying that the family continued to celebrate her special day despite her absence.
“Happy birthday Ma, today we all still celebrate you. I miss you, cause there is just no one like you. I know you always with me,” he wrote.
