Washington, September 29, 2026 (Yes Punjab News)

The FBI has added fugitive Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list and announced a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his arrest.

Singh is wanted for his alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organised Crime Group, which US authorities accuse of carrying out targeted killings, shootings, extortion, kidnappings and narcotics and weapons trafficking in the United States, Canada and elsewhere. The FBI describes Singh as the alleged North American leader of the group.

Singh has been charged in federal court in Los Angeles with racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy involving extortion and conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances. The charges are allegations, and he has not been convicted in the case.

According to the FBI, Singh is considered armed, extremely violent and dangerous and is known to reside in California and parts of Canada. Authorities have warned the public against approaching him and urged anyone with information to contact law enforcement.

The FBI said one of the indictments unsealed as part of Operation Hardball alleged that Singh helped Lawrence Bishnoi direct the organisation’s activities worldwide. Investigators further allege that Bishnoi and Singh ordered the June 18, 2023, assassination of an Indian political and religious figure, identified in court documents as “H.S.N.”, who was shot outside a Sikh temple in Surrey, British Columbia.

The indictment also alleges that members of the Bishnoi enterprise stole approximately 520 kg of cocaine from rival drug trafficking groups in the greater Los Angeles area between March 2024 and July 2025.

The FBI said Operation Hardball, announced on July 7, involved 37 defendants linked to three India-based transnational organised crime groups. At the time, 24 defendants had been arrested or were already in custody. Four additional fugitives have since been captured and one was found dead, leaving five still being sought, including Singh.

Singh is the 543rd person added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, which was established in 1950. The case is being investigated by the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, Los Angeles Police Department and Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with other domestic and international partners.
