Actress Sushmita Sen celebrated her daughter Renee Sen’s birthday with an emotional social media post, calling her “first love” and expressing pride in the woman she has become.
Sharing a carousel of photographs featuring Renee, including pictures from vacations with her mother and cherished family throwbacks, Sushmita wrote a heartfelt birthday message for her daughter.
“Thank you for making me a Mother… proudly YOUR Mother,” Sushmita wrote, describing Renee as a “Miracle” and wishing her a year filled with kindness, happiness and the courage to pursue her dreams.
She also encouraged Renee to continue singing and dancing and to prepare for what destiny has in store for her, while sending her love from herself and Renee’s younger sister, Alisah.

Sushmita adopted Renee in 2000 when she was 24 years old. She later adopted Alisah in 2010, raising both daughters as a single mother. Renee was born in 1999.
Over the years, the Main Hoon Na actress has frequently shared glimpses of her close relationship with Renee and Alisah, including family celebrations, vacations and personal milestones.
