Actress Isha Koppikar shared a glimpse of a spiritual moment at home as she performed a Rudrabhishek and offered prayers to Lord Shiva.
The ‘Krishna Cottage’ actress took to Instagram to share photographs and videos from the ceremony, including a picture of herself sitting with folded hands in prayer.
“Har Har Mahadev! A sacred Rudrabhishek at home – a moment of devotion, peace, and gratitude. May Mahadev bless our home with positivity, strength, prosperity, and inner peace,” Isha wrote.
She concluded her post with “Om Namah Shivaya” and used hashtags including #Rudrabhishek, #HarHarMahadev, #Mahadev and #ShivBhakti.
The actress also shared several clips capturing different stages of the religious ceremony, offering followers a glimpse of the rituals performed at her residence.
The latest post comes as Isha has increasingly been sharing content reflecting her spiritual beliefs and views on faith. In a recent social media post, she described herself as an “andhbhakt” while discussing her devotion and love for India.
Addressing the label in a video shared on Instagram, Isha said she was proud to embrace the term if loving and believing in India was considered “andhbhakti”. She also distinguished her sense of devotion towards the country from political allegiance.
“If loving your country, believing in India, and wanting its progress is devotion, then yes, I am proud to be a devotee, a blind devotee. But my devotion is not for any political party, but for my country, for my India. Nation first,” she said.
The actress further urged people to respect and contribute to the places where they live.
