US President Donald Trump has urged Virginia voters to treat the November 3 congressional elections as if he were on the ballot, as he endorsed three Republican lawmakers seeking re-election and sought to make his administration’s record central to the campaign.
Speaking at a virtual tele-rally, Trump backed Representatives Rob Wittman, Jen Kiggans and John McGuire and repeatedly called on supporters to turn out for the elections.
