Madhuri Dixit and Dr Shriram Nene’s elder son, Arin Nene, made a joint public appearance with his rumoured girlfriend Khushi at fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s star-studded Diwali party in Mumbai, drawing attention from social media users.
A video from the celebrations showed Arin and Khushi posing together for photographers. The two appeared comfortable in each other’s company, with Arin seen holding her close as they smiled for the cameras.
They also posed alongside Madhuri and Dr Shriram Nene. Madhuri attended the celebration in a pink Manish Malhotra saree.
Khushi later shared glimpses from the party on social media. One of her stories featured a festive outfit check with Arin standing beside her, while another showed her posing for a selfie with actor Kareena Kapoor.
The appearance has added to speculation about their relationship, particularly as both have previously shared pictures from their time together in the United States. One of Khushi’s posts carried the caption “#2years#bless”, to which Arin responded, “My heart”.
Arin has largely kept a low profile despite being the son of one of Hindi cinema’s most recognisable stars. He has, however, had a brief association with filmmaking, working as an assistant director on Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He was reportedly part of the film’s assistant direction team alongside other star children, including Arhaan Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan.
Madhuri and Dr Shriram Nene have two sons, Arin and Ryan. The actress has previously spoken about keeping her children’s lives private and away from excessive media attention.
