India will begin their three-match T20I series against Afghanistan at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday, with both teams looking to fine-tune their combinations ahead of the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya.
Afghanistan is hosting the series, although all three matches will be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
India head into the opening game with a dominant record against Afghanistan in T20Is. The teams have met nine times, with India winning eight matches, while one ended without a result.
