Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan visited Mumbai’s iconic Lalbaugcha Raja pandal on Monday night for Ganpati darshan and participated in the evening aarti.
The family was accompanied by Shah Rukh’s manager and close associate Pooja Dadlani as they made their way through the crowded pandal.
Videos from the visit showed several candid moments between Shah Rukh, Gauri and Suhana that caught the attention of fans online.
In one video, Suhana appeared to have vermilion on her nose and around her eye following the darshan. Gauri was seen gently using her dupatta to clean the area and help ease the irritation. Shah Rukh also attended to his daughter, attempting to wipe the vermilion from her nose and making sure she was comfortable.
Another video showed Shah Rukh wiping vermilion from his own face and cleaning sweat from his forehead with help from Dadlani, who used her dupatta.
For the festive outing, Shah Rukh wore a blue traditional kurta, while Gauri opted for a yellow ethnic ensemble. Suhana complemented them in a green traditional outfit.
Aryan Khan and AbRam Khan were not seen accompanying the family at the pandal.
This was not Shah Rukh’s first visit to Lalbaugcha Raja. In 2023, he visited the famous pandal with AbRam and Dadlani.
Days before the visit, during an #AskSRK session on X, a fan asked Shah Rukh about his family’s Ganpati celebrations. He replied that Gauri performs the aarti and prayers, while the children and friends gather for family time.
Shah Rukh and Gauri have previously spoken about raising their three children — Aryan, Suhana and AbRam — in an interfaith household.
The Lalbaugcha Raja visit came amid Shah Rukh’s recent appearances at Ganpati celebrations in Mumbai, including the Ambani family’s Ganesh Chaturthi festivities.
On the work front, Shah Rukh is preparing for King, directed by Siddharth Anand, in which he will share the screen with Suhana. The film is scheduled for release on December 24, 2026.
