Mumbai, November 7, 2026 (Yes Punjab News)

Comedian and television personality Bharti Singh is especially excited about celebrating Diwali this year as her younger child, Kaju, will be experiencing the festival for the first time. Along with husband Harssh Limbachiyaa, she hopes to make the occasion memorable for their two children, Gola and Kaju, while introducing them to the traditions and values associated with the festival.

Bharti said Diwali has always been among her favourite celebrations, with home decorations, diyas, sweets and family gatherings making it special. However, watching her children enjoy the festivities has added a new dimension to the occasion.

She said Gola particularly looks forward to the festive sweets, while Kaju’s first Diwali has made this year’s celebrations even more meaningful.

“I want my children to grow up understanding the true significance of Diwali, the triumph of light over darkness, the importance of new beginnings, and the joy of sharing what we have with others,” Bharti said.

She also expressed gratitude for the journey of their television show, Indian Game Show with Bharti and Harssh, describing it as their first baby. She said being able to entertain families through their work, including during festive occasions, was a blessing.

Harssh said becoming a father had deepened his appreciation of festivals and strengthened his sense of responsibility towards passing traditions and values on to the next generation.

He said Diwali’s message of hope, goodness and light overcoming challenges remained relevant across generations. The celebrations at home, he added, offered the family an opportunity to spend quality time together and create memories for their children.

Harssh also thanked audiences for their affection towards their show on Sony Entertainment Television, saying he and Bharti felt privileged to bring laughter and entertainment into people’s homes.

The couple wished families a Diwali filled with togetherness, positivity, prosperity and new beginnings.
